Atrial Trigeminy

Atrial Trigeminy is a type of arrhythmia where the heart beats in a pattern of two normal beats followed by one premature atrial contraction (PAC). This alternating rhythm repeats, with every third beat being a PAC, which originates prematurely from the atria.
