A sinus block, also known as a sinoatrial block, is a heart disorder that occurs when the electrical impulse from the sinoatrial (SA) node is delayed or blocked on its way to the atria.

P wave: Present
QRS: Normal
PR-interval: Usually narrow
Rhythm: Regular (except where disturbed)
