Ventricular Couplets

Ventricular couplets refer to a specific type of abnormal heart rhythm in which two consecutive premature ventricular contractions (PVCs) occur in a row. In a ventricular couplet, the two PVCs occur back-to-back, often without a normal heartbeat between them. These couplets can sometimes be felt as palpitations or irregular heartbeats and are typically identified on an electrocardiogram.
