Sinus rhythm refers to the normal, regular rhythm of the heart that originates from the sinus node, which is the natural pacemaker of the heart.

Heart rate: 60-100 bpm

Rhythm: Regular

P wave: Present, occurring before each QRS complex

PR interval: Between 120-200ms

QRS complex: Narrow, typically less than 120ms in duration
